PRE-REGISTRATIONS IS A MUST!!!.

 

 

SEND YOUR ENTRIES THROUGH ONLINE REGISTRATION.

HERE’S HOW:
1. CLICK "SUBMIT SHOW ENTRIES BUTTON".
2. FILL-OUT ALL REQUIRED FIELD BOXES FOR EXHIBITOR
3. SEARCH YOUR DOGS NAME (make sure all data are correct )
4. IF No dogs found with that name IN SEARCH BUTTON:
i. Click “CREATE ENTRIES BUTTON”
ii. Fill-out all necessary field boxes.
iii. Upload recent photo of your dog and
iv. Upload your dog four generation pedigree certificate
v. If you want to add another entry, repeat Click “CREATE ENTRY BUTTON”
5. CLICK SEARCHED DOG NAME “ADD TO MY ENTRY” BUTTON.
6. AFTER FINISHED ADDING ALL DOG ENTRIES, CLICK “PROCEED TO SUMMARY OF ENTRY BUTTON”
7. TO CONFIRM YOUR ENTRY, CLICK THE AGREEMENT BOX AND CLICK “CONFIRM ENTRY BUTTON”
10. CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 

Addendums will be allowed but not encouraged and will carry a higher registration fee.

 

Registration fees:

PRE-SIEGER
Php 800 for those 12 months up
Php 500 below 12 months 
Addendum: + Php500 of the said fees

IMPORTANT:
1. All dog entry fee payments must be made through GSDF bank account:

 and email the deposit slip to [email protected].

(Kindly indicate the name of the event in the deposit slip)
2. All other requirements must be presented onsite during the show.
3. cut-off date for the show entries online registration will be on  NOVEMBER 14 , 2018, WEDNESDAY, 11:59 PM.
