Have been interested in German Shepherd Dogs for over thirty years since He was the president of the Hong Kong German Shepherds Club in 1999. He did his best to improve the German Shepherds in China and Hong Kong.

After passing three examinations on 1988, He succeeded to become an SV Judge with SV No. 1419. This qualifies him to judge German Shepherd Dogs worldwide, He attained those under the supervision of his master Mr. Reinhardt Meyer.

He had judged in Taiwan, China, Philippines, India (Bombay and New Delhi), Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya) and Malaysia. In these few years, He also judged in Australia (Newcastle, Perth and Melbourne), New Zealand (Auckland, Christ Church and Wellinton) He also judged the 2018 New Zealand Auckland Sieger Show.
