February 24 & 25, 2018 marked another milestone for the GSDF-AGSDA. We’d first and foremost like to thank Dr. Wolfgang Lauber for another sterling visit to the Philippines. His Feb 24 interactive lecture on Breeding/Stud/Whelping saw 70 registered attendees, while his Feb 25 GSDF-AGSDA Landesgruppen judging had a record-breaking 152 German Shepherd entries! Both activities successfully capped GSDF's first of a series of activities this 2018.We’d like to also give a shoutout to Zeljko Radukic for his participation last Feb 24-25. The GSDF and the AGSDA are grateful for your presence and candid interaction with our German Shepherd enthusiasts. The "German Shepherd World” trend in the Philippines is finally starting to take off. More and more people are starting to see how beautiful and majestic these GSDs are. The number of entries, as well as spectators last February 25, is a testament to this. You see people all around cheering on their own dogs and handlers, but at the same time, there was camaraderie, a refreshing sense of community, and genuine passion and love for these truly awesome dogs. If this event is a telltale sign of what’s to come, then 2018 is bound to be a good year for us all!Thank you to all the participants, guests, sponsors, supporters and all GSD lovers who extended their time and resources to make this happen! We look forward to working with you all.- Alabang GSDA Family
